Visual Matter, a Creative Marketing Agency in San Jose, created an online training segment for Honda. The target was how best to educate the salesforce to the simplicities of the Honda navigation and audio systems. The training segment included an onscreen spokesperson who interacted with elements of the navigation and supplied instruction on the features and benefits of the Honda Navigation system. There was also the pre and post quiz and reporting via a custom Learning Management System, or LMS. The goal was to build buyer confidence through salesforce awareness, thus ensuring more sales of Honda automobiles. It worked. The program was a success.
