The first stage in the production process, after the creation of the sample GUI's, is to create a working prototype. This prototype will need to be signed off by the client. The PM is to ensure that the prototype will fill the client's expectations for the project. This prototype is important, the design team will be using this prototype as a guideline for the creation of the entire presentation. Contact should be through the PM. The client is shown time line and task plan updates, graphic elements and prototypes for review from the PM. The PM also organizes and schedules the client to be fully involved in any audio or video recording sessions. Our goal at this point is to create an Alpha version of the project. The alpha is the "first look" of this custom application.
