As member of the Project Management group the PM is the primary contact at Visual Matter for the duration of the project. He/She will gather content from the client that is necessary for the development of the project. The PM will coordinate and attend project meetings, both internal and external as well as maintaining the weekly Time Line/Task Plan and distributing the plan to all team members.
Instructional Designers/Writer (ID)
Members of the Instructional Design group are responsible for script development using the supplied template (Word document). The ID will work with "client supplied" content and resources to deliver the message deemed most important.
Digital Designer
This member of the Digital Content Development group will create and maintain graphical content for the project.
Programmer
A member of the Digital Content Development group, the programmer will place all created components in the "proper place" within the determined programming environment. The programmer is also responsible for ensuring playback on the targeted system configurations.
Account Manager (AM)
Maintains relationship with the client to make sure that the client's needs are being met. When an issue of finances arises the Account Manager works with the client to explain, expand or reduce costs and to get the necessary approvals to ensure the timely development of said changes to the scope of the project.
